ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Although there is still uncertainty with timing, peak winds will likely occur between about 9 AM and 6 PM, which may affect the morning and evening commutes. While forecast wind gusts will likely range from 75 to 85 mph, isolated wind gusts to 90 mph are possible. The highest winds will be confined to the Hillside and upper elevations, though gusts up to 40-55 mph are likely at lower elevations near terrain gaps, such as the S curves on the Glenn Highway.
