WHEN...Until 1 AM AKDT Thursday.

IMPACTS...High winds could move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As of 4 PM, the highest observed gusts have been 91 mph in Bear Valley, 71 mph at Glen Alps, and 58 mph in Rabbit Creek. Confidence is high that winds will begin diminishing around 10 PM and gradually decrease through tomorrow morning.
