WHEN...Until 500 PM AKDT Wednesday.
IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 230 PM AKDT 5/5, the River Watch Team reported that the breakup front passed Lower Kalskag and then stalled downriver, likely due to low water and still intact ice downriver.
