At 315 PM AKDT, Satellite imagery indicated a strong thunderstorm near Downtown Juneau, moving northwest at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Satellite indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include... Douglas, Horse Island, Outer Point, Jordan Creek, Salmon Creek, Eaglecrest, and Lemon Creek.
