MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINS ARE EXPECTED TO PUSH THROUGH THE CENTRAL AND NORTHERN PANHANDLE. WE EXPECT A FIRST FRONT FOLLOW BY A SECONDARY FEATURE THAT WILL MOVE INTO THE AREA LATER PART OF FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. EACH EVENT WILL LIKELY DROP 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN FRIDAY AND SATURDAY FOR THE AREA. RIVERS AND STREAMS ARE EXPECTED TO RISE AND SOME MAY REACH BANKFULL.
