question about sensitive (non-lewd) tattoo location

Okay, I’m just gonna ask it. Has anyone had their nail beds (yes, UNDER THE NAIL) tattooed? Yes, I get that I’m talking about an incredibly sensitive area of skin, and that I probably would need to ask about what it would do to the nail, and so many things.

I just wanna know if it’s possible.
