The US Department of Homeland Security has asked tech companies, including Google, Reddit, Discord and Meta, which owns Facebook and Instagram, to reveal the names, email addresses and telephone numbers of people who track or criticize Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the New York Times reports.

Presumably most #Mastodon #Fediverse servers are too small to bother with directly, so we could be advantaged in that respect. Seems like the #Felon47 #Fascist #Nazis would eventually get to #Bluesky. I'm not sure how #Google could impact #Mastodon #Fediverse users though.

I still have a 3 month auto-delete setting, maybe I should tighten that up some... 😬

I would assume users of #Facebook #Instagram #Threads are already toast.
