@lcamtuflcamtuf Sure. Corporations are, as Mitt Romney correctly noted, people. So these are human defects.

I do think the idea of corporate responsibility, and especially the implication that it obviates the need for strong unions, government regulation, or other counterweights, is fairly new and worth skepticism, though.
