Eva Schloss-Geiringer woonde aan hetzelfde plein als Anne Frank. Schloss overleefde haar tijd in het concentratiekamp, net als haar moeder. De vader van Anne Frank, Otto Frank, werd na de oorlog haar stiefvader.
