Finally got #Podman with macvlan and DHCP working. I was hitting this bug in netavark 1.17.0: https://github.com/containers/netavark/issues/1368

1.17.1 fixes it, but #NixOS 25.11 still ships 1.17.0. Luckily, it’s easy on NixOS to simply overlay netavark with the version from nixpkgs-unstable while keeping the rest on 25.11.
