Two days ago, I contacted Adobe about disabling AI features on my account.

Adobe this morning:

A screenshot of an email from Adobe Customer Care titled "Your subscription has been cancelled — Adobe case number [redacted] CRM: [redacted].". The body reads, in part: "Your subscription has been canceled. Dear A, Thank you for contacting us. As you requested, we have cancelled your subscription..." It then lists a bunch of case numbers etc.
