Roughly 20 plus years ago, opposite one of our Museum of Arts, in a busy metro area, there used to be a hole-in-the-wall burger joint. The place was a literal hallway. No tables. You ate standing up facing a wall or you got the fuck out. Most people would get the fuck out. Because even if the burgers were better than most fast food or diner fare. The ambiance was...
