Years ago I wrote a thing that a lot of people told me was overblown and focusing on the wrong problems.

Specifically, I wrote about content discovery. In that piece, I called it "one of the defining problems of our age" or something like that.

I said a lot of things in that post that I disagree with today, but I still absolutely believe that how we find music and movies and television programs and books and records and restaurants and teas and everything else is as vital a problem as it is possible for us to face.

And it's becoming more important by the day.
