우리나라는 신입~사원 시절에는 일본 도제시스템처럼 저렴하게 부려먹을라하고 연차 좀 차면 미국처럼 쉽게 해고해먹을라고 하니까.. 진짜 두 나라 시스템의 단점만 가져와서 최악이 된듯..
