It's quite odd to have some pretty foundational assumptions around what's easy vs. hard to manage in my development workflow be shaken up by switching to jj from git.
Much like a lot of other agile mechanisms, having the cost of something be radically smaller than what people have grown to expect results in a much more impactful change than people can realize.
