Some great tips on keeping reviewers motivated from the @kicad librarians use case #OSH2025 - seems like expanding the reviewer pool and reducing pressure / demand / blame across the group, this has really improved the workflow and community. Nice work! Also great to hear they provide training and support for their librarians 👏
