I had never heard of TLDP. That's already a sign of bad documentation, it should be on my system or on kernel.org.
I am looking at it right now and to me, it's not documentation. A HOWTO is not documentation. Suppose I want to find out what a "shebang" is. I searched with the search box both for "shebang" and "executable formats" and got no useful results on the first page in both cases.
