Fluffiger Kaiserschmarrn in der großen Pfanne, frisch aus dem Backofen. Die Oberfläche ist goldgelb. An einer Stelle eingerissen: die große Dicke ist ersichtlich.

Fertiger Kaiserschmarrn, etwas zu dunkel karamellisiert, dafür mit Puderzucker bestreut.
