Uncle @stefanoStefano Marinelli is giving a talk right now titled "Liberating the social web using *BSD”, where he tells the story of BSD Cafe, a community of friends, who gather together around their love of BSDs.

THIS is the antithesis of misery, this is what I wanna see more in the world. People creating things, and proving that amazing things happen, both technologically — running complex software stacks on the BSDs — and socially — people gather together to solve problems and share pics of pizza!
