Do you think the fireworks exploding from power poles while Bad Bunny waved a Puerto Rican flag and sang "El Apagón" ("The Blackout") could possibly have been political in nature? As someone who knows nothing about football or the halftime show I am so curious how we got to where we are today, because it feels so unexpected that the Big US Football Game famous for traumatic brain injury has also come to germinate these incredibly dense semiotic networks in the form of popular music medleys.
