Bouquets of wheat are presented at a seed exchange market. While agricultural modernization has successfully encouraged the cultivation of improved varieties produced by seed companies, some farmers seek to revive the management of old varieties. They came together in 2003 in the network "Semences paysannes" ("farmers’ seeds”).
