City,
A man crosses a street in the Bacayan neigbourhood where cars piled up after being swept away in floods brought on by Typhoon Kalmaegi. The Philippine president, Ferdinand Marcos Jr, declared a state of emergency after the typhoon left at least 114 people dead and nearly 130 missing in central provinces. It was the deadliest natural disaster to hit the country this year.
