Cyclone Ditwah brings strong winds and heavy rains to Tamil Nadu and Sri Lanka

Rescuers in Sri Lanka and southern India were scrambling on Monday to clear roads and deliver aid to more than half a million people hit by a cyclone last week, as the death toll climbed to over 350, with hundreds missing.
