Newly inaugurated NYC mayor Mamdani condemns US action in Venezuela
“Unilaterally attacking a sovereign nation is an act of war and a violation of federal and international law,” said Mamdani in a post on X.
He said the actions amount to a “blatant pursuit of regime change” that carry broad implications, including for tens of thousands of Venezuelans living in New York.
