Aleppo residents describe chaos, fear when fighting broke out

We’ve heard from more civilians in Aleppo affected by the fighting between the army and the SDF.

One man described people running for their lives when fighting first started earlier this week.

“The situation was chaotic. Everyone was running [for their lives], children crying in panic in this cold weather and under heavy rain.”
