Judge issues order to preserve evidence after protester gunned down

Eric Tostrud, US District Judge, has issued a temporary order blocking federal agencies from “destroying or altering evidence related to the fatal shooting” in #Minneapolis of Alex Pretti.

The order was issued on Saturday and included anything removed from the scene where the killing took place.
