This is a strange list because I’m pretty sure Gunstar Heroes, Vectorman, PaRappa the Rapper, and Syphon Filter are all well-remembered. And actually, PaRappa the Rapper is so well-remembered that he shows up in pop culture callbacks to this day.

The only game that I truly feel belongs on this list is Terranigma. I’ve never played it. Didn’t even know it existed till now. Was it even a hit? Regardless, I should check it out.

Here’s the games I would actually put on this list: Redneck Rampage, SimTower, MDK, FX Fighter, Tetris 2.

All those games were big hits during the 90s. Genuinely, few people remember them today.
