I've just send a mildly amusing email to an abuse@ team in Oracle Cloud...

Some numpty has spent the last ~5 hours trying to login to a few of my domains using WordPress shenanigans.

Only... they followed all HTTP redirects, one of which took them to a 23 MiB ZIP file.

They downloaded it 1394 times before I put a DROP in place! 😂

Thanks to compression, that's about 20 GiB fo traffic, and a sustained ~9 Mbit/s. *giggles* (thankfully I don't pay through the nose for transit)
