Thinking of changing terminal emulators again due to some derpiness in how Terminator can't do what I want.

In short I want a Linux terminal emulator that:
* Runs under X11 (i.e. not wayland exclusive)
* Allows you to independently name tabs and the entire window
* Allows spawning a new tab with a specified title and command from a script

Does this exist?
