gonna try to use django with sqlite in production (on a very small site, right now it's doing maybe 12 writes per day). we'll see how it goes.

when using sqlite in production in Go I'm used to doing tricks like "split my tables across 3 separate sqlite databases to minimize contention" which I think aren't really possible in Django in the same way so we'll see what happens with just the basics like `PRAGMA journal_mode=WAL;`
