@inthehandsPaul Cantrell I don’t think I would find such a character believable in a fiction. So desperate for confirmation and such an astonishing dupe. It’s not credible. I’ve never in my years met remotely such a looser. Never. And yet there he walks.

I honestly, _honestly_ thought the line was absurd satire for several hours.

Is he really that easily taken in and desperate, or is this some kind of clever thing somehow? Or both? Christ.
