TARGET went hard into urban mostly Black and Latine communities. they figured out 20 years ago that Black and Latine companies have rabidly loyal clienteles, especially in beauty and haircare products. the best example is Carol’s Daughter which started as a humble stall in downtown Brooklyn and now sells millions nationwide.
