딸기라는 과일을 다루면서 곰팡이는 이건 인간이 어쩔 수 없음. 딸기 한 상자가 겉으론 다 멀쩡해 보여도 빨리 무르는 애들이 있기 마련이라.
성심당이 관리를 아무리 잘 해도 딸기가 인간 뜻 대로 되는것도 아니고. 케이크 만들땐 멀쩡한 딸기가 그렇게 되는건지 처음부터 문제 있는 딸기를 대충 사용한건 절대 아닐거임.
특히나 거긴 매일 수요가 엄청나서 딸기가 무르기전에 다 팔리기도 할 거라.
