Okay, the radar theme is fine I guess? I don't know I am not a designer. But this is a start. We have a listing of blips, and an ability to submit them. Authentication works because I have my app password baked into the env. Let's start giving some feedback here, I will leave PR comments.

There are "vibes" and you find a "vibe" by browsing hashtags and finding ones that start in #vibe-whatever and once enough people skeet with #vibe-whatever in a time window or total times, then itll be made w/the system. We create communities by engagement.
