"ㄱ씨를 대리하는 법률사무소 디케는 ‘시그널’ 대화 내역의 경우 이미 ㄱ씨와 쿠팡 사이의 소송 과정에서 제출된 자료로, 쿠팡이 당시 대화 내용의 진위 여부를 문제삼지 않았다고 밝혔다. 디케 쪽은 “쿠팡은 소송 과정에서 해당 자료의 진정성을 인정했을 뿐 아니라 더 나아가 오히려 회사 쪽 주장을 펴는 데 근거로 활용했다”며 “법정 안과 밖에서 전혀 다른 주장을 하는 건 모순”이라고 밝혔다."
