Assuming https://peps.python.org/pep-0773/ gets accepted, the Python Launcher for Unix is going to get a `py list` subcommand. One wrinkle is the automatic use of virtual environments in the Python Launcher for Unix. So I need to decide on a CLI flag to exclude virtual environments. That flag should be:
