duckduckfedi (estrogen experts department):

is there any truth to the rumour soy products behave as estrogen in the human body? i know there is some molecule in soy quite similar-shaped to estrogen. but a while back when i looked up research on it acting like e in humans, all i found was research on rats, and how ppl from high-soy-diet areas (ie asia) did not absorb as much of this molecule (due to genetic differences).

anyone know of newer research? i drink about 6L of soymilk a week and never grew breasts ๐Ÿ™‚

however my nipples are highly sensitive erogenous zones. can i blame (thank) the soy?
