Given the state of Big Tech internet services these days, I've been thinking a lot recently about the possibility of forming a remote worker coop based in Canada to provide online services, starting with email (probably).

To that end, I've been talking with other interested folks (currently @ipsquiggle and @dacmotOlivier) about how to actually go about making a Hypothetical Sunny Garden Online Service Coop into a real thing.

If that's something that sounds like you might want to participate in trying to get off the ground, as a worker-member, mentor, advisor, technical contributor, etc. and you would be interested in joining our informal Zulip chat to discuss things on an ongoing basis then please let me know :blobclipboard:

If you have any experience with the many things that will go into that, like coop organization, devops, full stack development, etc. then that would be especially helpful.

Or even if you are particularly interested in the idea of a worker coop for online services, and would like to learn along with us.
