And you just wanna be like, look, when they fire you for “underperforming” but don’t wanna add more context, it’s because they don’t have it, but saying you’re underperforming puts them in a better situation legally than saying your manager didn’t like how you made him feel inferior or any host of other dumb invalid reasons you may get fired from such a place
