I have my iPhone set to a charge limit of 80%. Because I don't use it that much and I want its lithium battery to last for years. The feature worked for the first 3 months. But now it charges to 100% every. Single. Time. A similar thing happened to my Apple laptop. Apple's software quality is either abysmal or nefarious. Those are the only two explanations that can be assigned.

Actually, is there *any* tech company left still making stuff that isn't constantly breaking?
