The U.S. government sent planeloads of men to a prison in El Salvador for the crime of having tattoos that ICE agents said are gang related.

They’ve now admitted that one of these was an “administrative error” but refuse to return him to America because he’s no longer held by the U.S. government.

Due process means innocent until proven guilt not imprisonment until proven a government screw up.
