Cloudflare's CEO points out AI chatbots not sending traffic to websites after sourcing information from them is a business model problem.

It's worse than that. Sites like Wikipedia and Reddit depend on new users finding them useful who then decide to join to contribute content. As they get fewer new users who are get questions answered from links to these sites, they will get fewer users converting to contributors. This is an existential challenge for these sites not just a business model one.
