Europe is in an interesting spot. Years of anti-tech and anti-growth policies means there are no homegrown big tech companies to switch to as relations with the U.S. get hostile.

Microsoft also is walking a tightrope of being a U.S. company that needs to sell to governments that their sovereignty is paramount.
