I spent some time over the holidays refreshing my website and particularly looking at how I'm talking about my book The Engineering Leader. This includes _finally_ signing up for an Amazon author account (a new level of procrastination has been unlocked).

I could really use your help though, some things you can do for me:

- Put it at the top of your to read pile 😆 (mine is long too, no judgement)
- Suggest me to your favourite podcast or newsletter.
- If you have a podcast or newsletter, ping me.
- If you are involved in a conference, I normally speak at 1-2 conferences a year and 2026 is open.

My new least favourite thing about writing a book is the need to either master self promotion or feel like two years of my life was wasted. Any and all help appreciated! Boosts and pep talks also welcome.
