지금 독일에서 논의되고 있는 실명제는 인터넷상의 게시글에 실명을 의무적으로 표기하고자 하는 방안이며 한국과 같은 본인확인제는 없지만 필명의 사용이 허용되었던 한국의 이전 법률보다 어떻게 보면 더욱 심한 조치입니다.
일단 당장은 바이에른과 베를린 주정부 수준에서 논의되고 있고 다른 주와 연방법무부장관은 안하겠단 입장입니다.
