1) He links related issues and discussions, providing clear context when needed.
2) He provides a reason for the change that gives enough information on the root cause to act as a good point of reference in the future.
3) He includes a high-quality image that can be reused.

To create the image, he uses `freeze -c full` giving margins, shadows, and more.
