At the tail end of our 4th monthly Python Glasgow event yesterday, I entered a conversation circle and was asked a question by the only woman that attended the event.

"Do other women attend this event?

It was her first time attending, and I had honestly no idea how to respond; I also have no idea how to fix it. -- It shined a light on the fact that not much women attend. We are still in the early days of setting up, but If anyone could provide guidance on this I would be extremely grateful.
