hint, if you think you might need to take your assistive mobility gear to Congress and are unsure about it (pack weight, bulk, etc.) it's still a good idea to take it, even if you are not a daily user. Canes, crutches, walkers, etc. are available in Hamburg during business hours but it's no fun having to hunt something down last-minute and probably getting whatever is just available in-store as it might not be the best fit. Also test your gear before going (I learned this the hard way).
