The only reason we have separate Fedi servers for pictures, video, microblogging, macroblogging, book recommendations, and discussion forums is because Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Medium, Goodreads, and Reddit exist as separate apps, and all we could think was, "What if [corporate app], but federated?"
