@ehashmane. hashman π΅πΈ I might add, this is _exactly_ why I get annoyed by the use of "foundation" and "nonprofit" as descriptions of benefit corporations working in FOSS.
Turns out, there is actually a huge material difference between a charity and a trade organisation, and that difference is in what a $1.5M contribution will yield for the contributor of that money.
